After multiple iterative changes from the onsite team, finally, the document was closed at my end and I have shared the same for further enhancements. However, all my hopes of the opportunity getting closed were shattered in the very next day from a long mail from the onsite team and a new team member being looped to the thread. When I reviewed the new task shared by the onsite team, I felt that all the effort that I put into the last one week went in vain and all-new solution slides had to be worked from scratch. I was completely furious and wanted to discuss this issue with my manager and as usual, he was acting as if all the slides will be reused for the new client requirements. Unfortunately, only I knew that all the slides will be irrelevant for the new client requirements and now fresh efforts had to be made to gather information from other teams. When the recurring daily call was set up to discuss the progress about the new requirements shared by the client, I was raising concerns about redundant work, and my manager jumped in out of nowhere and closed the discussion abruptly.
